In Search of a Midnight Kiss

In celebration of one my last nights as a single gal here in New York City, I enjoyed treating myself to a night on the town. I enjoyed a steak dinner at the always amazing Cornelia St Cafe and then headed over to the IFC theater to catch 'In Search of a Midnight Kiss'

This charming film was poignant and thought provoking, bittersweet and yet every hopeful. It is beautifully shot in black and white and was one of the most touching films I've seen in a long time. If it's playing in a theater near you, go check it out!

Many thanks to my guest blogger, the one and only Mr. S. Monster himself, for helping me out this past week. I apologize for the light posting lately, things around these here parts have been insanely hectic and further compounded by the fact that I no longer have a computer (my year old MacBook just crashed and has to have the hard drive replaced *tear*) and am in the middle of moving from NY to FL. I promise that once things return to a semi-normal state (hopefully next week) I will return to posting more frequently
